B'Ellana is a model C1534 Fleetside Pickup with 8 foot bed and 127 inch wheelbase.  She is powered by a 1975 250 6 cyl bored .060 oversize.  She has a four speed manual transmission.  She is currently covered in blue primer, but her paint code indicates that she was originally #507 Light Blue (solid, not two-tone).  If I was going for a complete concours restoration I would probably choose this color to paint her...

... however, I will most likely go for a factory restoration but not necessarily concours.  In this case I will probably have her painted #533 Light Green (two-tone- the upper portion of the cab and roof will be white).

Okay, so that's an "artist's rendition" using Paint Shop Pro.  The real paint job won't look like that!  Plus the chrome trim will be going back on the side once she's painted.

The following work had already been done on B'Ellana before I took possesion:

Chassis
Brake shoes and hold down springs, front and real seals, wheel cylinders (front kits), master cylinder kit, upper and lower ball joints, pitman arm, left outer tie rod end, and front shock absorbers have all been replaced.

Body
Front fenders were replaced with fiberglass reproductions.  Windshield and rubber, right rocker panel, patch panels on kick panels, floor boards, and right side rear cab mounts have all been replaced.

Engine and Drivetrain
The factory 6 cylinder was replaced with a 1975 250 6 cylinder bored .060 oversized.  The engine has new pistons and rings, new connecting rod nuts, new bearings, camshaft, lifters, valve springs, and rocker arms.  The crankshaft was turned .010 under.  The truck has new timing gears, starter ring gear, flutch disc, pressure plate, release berring, and pilot bushing.  The flywheel was resurfaced.  The starter and alternator overhauled.  The points system was replaced with an electronic ignition.  Valves and seats were refaced.  The truck also has new oil pump, fuel pump, water pump, valve guide inserts, and valve guide seals.

The folowing extra parts were included with B'Ellana:

White painted grill, white painted front bumper, door seals, window anti-rattle seals, chrome door threshold trim, power steering conversion kit, wheel trim rings and center pieces, and assorted Chevrolet parts catalogues as well as a 1965 Chevrolet truck shop manual.

My plans for the truck:

For now, she'll be a daily driver to school and work while I save up to get her painted.  I will be slowly but surely adding the new parts on.  Bill has offered his garage, tools, and assistance in converting the truck to power steering.  There is also a trailer for sale in my neighborhood that was made from the truck bed of a 1960-66 era Chevrolet truck.  If the price is right I would be interested in purchasing that and having it painted to match.  It would be a nice addition to the truck for any car shows I may decide to enter.
The truck currently has an AM radio.  I have a really nice Pioneer tape deck that was originally installed in my 1971 Plymouth Fury III (the USS Titanic, NCC-1971-A) and then later my 1992 Mazda Protege (the USS Defiant, NX-74205).  I had planned on installing it in my next vehicle, but I can't bring myself to cut into the dash to fit this radio in.  Therefore I may instead install the Pioneer in our 1991 GMC Safari minivan (unnamed since my wife won't let me name her) and check into purchasing a brand new stereo (cassette or maybe even compact disc) custom made to fit in the dash without any modifications and custom made to replicate the look of a 1960's Chevrolet radio.
